Acoustic Sarcophagus
is a negative-space sculpture based on the law of conservation of energy. Structured around the interaction between Earth and the cosmos, the work receives terrestrial electromagnetic noise and utilizes destructive interference to generate anti-sound, achieving a state of "acoustic imprisonment." Instead of being released, the neutralized energy is funneled entirely into a pyramid, forming a solid state of silence in a critical high-energy state. The work declares that the creation of silence is the highest form of mercy, utilizing physical means to correct humanity's excessive desire for expression and materializing the clamor of human history into a perilous entity of stillness.
